Mail Blaster is a business tool operated by Apexia. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.

Credits and pricing

Emails are paid for with prepaid credits: one credit sends one email and 1,000 credits cost £1 excluding VAT. A credit is used when an email is accepted by our delivery provider for sending, whether or not it is ultimately delivered or opened; recipients we do not attempt (for example unsubscribed or previously bounced addresses) are not charged. Top-ups start at £5. Each top-up carries a payment processing fee of 5.5% (minimum £0.80), shown before you pay. Credits do not expire and are not refundable except where required by law. Unlimited or fixed-fee arrangements are subject to fair use and the sending limits described below.

Acceptable use

You may only email people who have given you permission. No purchased lists, no scraped addresses, no misleading subject lines. Every email must include your postal address and an unsubscribe link, which Mail Blaster adds for you. Workspaces with high bounce or complaint rates may be paused to protect deliverability for everyone.

Sending limits

Each workspace has a daily sending limit and must send from a verified sender. Apexia may adjust limits, pause sending or suspend a workspace that puts the platform's reputation at risk.

Your data

Your contacts and content remain yours. You can export contacts at any time and delete your workspace on request.
