Mail Blaster is operated by Apexia. This page summarises how the platform handles personal data; the full policy lives at apexia.uk/privacy.

Your account

You sign in with your Apexia account. We store your name, email address and Apexia user id so we can show you the workspaces you belong to.

Your contacts

Contacts you upload or collect through signup forms belong to your workspace. You are the data controller; Apexia processes them only to send the emails you ask us to send and to report on delivery. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and we honour unsubscribes, bounces and complaints automatically.

Email delivery

Emails are sent through our delivery infrastructure hosted in the United Kingdom (London). Delivery, open and click events are recorded so you can see how a campaign performed.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Optional marketing measurement

If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta pixel to measure visits to our landing page and completion of a first Mail Blaster workspace. Meta may receive your IP address, browser/device details, page address and advertising-cookie identifiers and use these under its privacy policy. We do not send your contact lists, email campaign contents, workspace name, name or email address in these events, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled by our integration.

The pixel does not load until you accept. You can reject or withdraw consent below; this does not affect using Mail Blaster. The consent choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies can last up to 90 days. A random, temporary sign-up event identifier may be held in this tab for up to one hour. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement; it does not remove information already received by Meta.
