Mail Blaster is operated by Apexia. This page summarises how the platform handles personal data; the full policy lives at apexia.uk/privacy.

Your account

You sign in with your Apexia account. We store your name, email address and Apexia user id so we can show you the workspaces you belong to.

Your contacts

Contacts you upload or collect through signup forms belong to your workspace. You are the data controller; Apexia processes them only to send the emails you ask us to send and to report on delivery. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and we honour unsubscribes, bounces and complaints automatically.

Email delivery

Emails are sent through our delivery infrastructure hosted in the United Kingdom (London). Delivery, open and click events are recorded so you can see how a campaign performed.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
